The Antão Vaz da Malhadinha - Vinha da Peceguina 2021, appears in this edition with a very clean and captivating aromatic profile with notes of white pulp fruit and some tropical hints. In the mouth it is a fresh and quite fruity wine, with a medium structure supported by a marked acidity resulting in an elegant wine with a good finish.
The grapes are manually picked in the early hours of the day and put into boxes of 12Kg. After selection and sorting, the grapes were removed from their stalks and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
