Environmental sustainability, which extends into the social and economic domain, is at the heart of the planting of the vineyard and at the top of the priorities of the agricultural project. The organic, sustainable and extensive farming has reduced mankind’s action to a minimum. Keeping the Alentejo’s traditions alive, olive oil, honey and vegetables are grown in the organic gardens and greenhouses, and indigenous species created in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.
Tell me what did I miss, just because I closed my eyes for two moments. Tell me that nothing has changed, that the leaves have not moved, the stream has not run, the birds have been quiet, that I have not fallen asleep, but that I woke up in the same place from which this immense Alentejo did not let me leave.
Malhadinha Honey is a 100% natural honey heightened by the abundance of wild flowers in Alentejo. Resorting to handmade methods of extraction and production, this honey represents its distinct character.
Its aroma is smooth, with a sweet palate, natural and rural. The amber color together with the silky texture transform this honey in a high quality product.
