Michelin 2024

Executive Chef Joachim Koerper and Resident Chef António Simões, Executive Pastry Chef Cintia Koerper and Resident Pastry Chef Letícia Silva, the kitchen team, our Sommelier Andrii Pokryshko and the restaurant team welcome you.

Malhadinha practices a cuisine where the choice of products, precision in preparation and intelligent combination of flavours is present in every dish, using mostly organic products from the Herdade and favouring local producers, always inspired by the Alentejo's gastronomic tradition and the region's culture.

The organic and self-suficient production is now a reality on the estate's 610 hectares. Our restaurant serves wines, olive oil and honey, a variety of cereals such as durum wheat and barley, oats, rye, barley, the Alentejo cow, white and black Merina sheep and the black pig, all with PDO protected designations of origin, and vegetables and fruit from the gardens and orchards that have been restored on the estate.
