Led by Joachim Koerper, the consulting chef with a Michelin Star in collaboration with Bruno Antunes, the resident chef, and Vitalina Santos, a traditional cook, the Malhadinha restaurant plans seasonal menus inspired by the Alentejo gastronomy.

Tuesday through Saturday, visit Malhadinha´s Gourmet Restaurant, integrated in the cellar building, this space offers signature cuisine, with a modern twist favoring local produce.

By making a reservation in advance it is possible to order traditional dishes from the Alentejo such as Cozido Alentejano (Chickpea stew), Galo de Cabidela (Rooster rice stew), Ensopado de Borrego (Lamb stew) as well as game dishes.
