The first edition of Viosinho da Malhadinha is a wine that evades our house's style, without having a very expressive nose, but with soft floral and mineral notes. Its richness resides on the mouth, medium structure and good volume but balanced with a fine and sharp acidity that makes the wine very elegant and hard to resist.
The grapes are manually picked in the early hours of the day and put into boxes of 12Kg. After selection and sorting, the grapes were removed from their stalks and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
