Verdelho da Malhadinha - Vinha da Peceguina
White WineThe new edition of Verdelho da Malhadinha - Vinha da Peceguina 2023 is stands faithful to its grape variety, with notes of citrus fruit and some vegetable. Intense to the palate, it keeps its register of fresh fruit, resulting in a balanced wine that is perfect for accompanying light meals or to be enjoyed on its own.
Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested at the first hours of the day into 12Kg boxes. After sorting and selection the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at low temperatures.
