The Arinto from Peceguina has a markedly citric aroma, with an aromatic intensity that is not very habitual in this particular caste, but very seductive. The mouth is thin and elegant, freshness contained with a dry and salivating finish.
The grapes were hand harvested at the first hours of the day into 12Kg boxes. After sorting and selection the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at low temperatures
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
