This first edition reveals a great aromatic expression of white-fleshed fruit, typical of the variety and enhanced by extreme care in the harvesting and winemaking. To the pallet, the wine maintains a fruity note, but simultaneously acute and austere, giving it a dry and long finish. This seems to represent the enormous potential of the wines of this region.
Harvest by hand in the early hours of the day, into 12kg crates. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is done at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
