This first edition highlights fruit of great purity complemented by the subtleness of toasted notes achieved throughout the fourteen-month aging stage in French oak barrels. To the pallet, it is harmonious with a polite freshnes that coexists well with the high concentration and silky tannins. This seems to represent the enormous potential of the wines of this region.

Harvest by hand in the early hours of the day into 12kg crates. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature and ageing for 14 months in french oak barrels.
