The second edition of Teixinha TAVA Branco Field Blend (2023) stands out for its very mineral nose, restrained in the fruit but incisive on the palate, where it shows good tension and a very fine and complex texture with several layers. Like its stainless steel-aged ‘brother’, it is also a good example of the potential of Serra de São Mamede in Portalegre.
