This first edition clearly highlights the mineral character, Terroir, presented in the Serra de São Mamede. To the pallet, it’s a very elegant texture, a balanced acidity and a good balance making it harmonious and quite seductive. This seems to represent the enormous potential of the wines of this region.
Harvest by hand in the early hours of the day, into 12kg crates. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is done at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
