Monte da Peceguina Rosé 2022 has a fresh nose, with notes of red berries and a floral hint. In the mouth, the freshness is clear, good balance between the fruit, volume and acidity. It has a dry and long finish, making it a highly gastronomical wine.
The grapes are manually picked in the early hours of the day and put into boxes of 12Kg. After selection and sorting, the grapes were removed from their stalks and gently pressed.
Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
