The 2023 edition of Monte da Peceguina Tinto presents itself with a deep purple color and reveals a very expressive nose, with notes of red and wild fruits, along with floral hints. On the palate, the fruity character persists, offering a red wine with good structure, balanced by its refreshing quality and ripe tannins. A Monte da Peceguina Tinto with good aging potential, versatile at the table, and one that will evolve very well in the bottle.
Manually harvested Grapes, into 12kg crates and carefully selected on a choosing table. Fermentation occurs in the mill and vats at a controlled temperature, with several pressings throughout the process. Partial staging for 9 months in French oak barrels.
