The 2024 edition of Monte da Peceguina Rosé reveals a nose focused on fresh red fruit, fine in aroma and elegant to the taste, with a good balance between fruit, volume and acidity. It finishes dry and long, to accompany light meals or as an aperitif.
The grapes are manually picked in the early hours of the day into 12 Kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were removed from their stalks and gently pressed. Fermentation is at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
The 80 hectares of vines sprout on the gentle slopes of drained schist soil, inserted into the terroir and respecting and integrating into the existing ecosystem and biodiversity.
