Many consumers still believe that cooperative wines, simply because they come from cooperatives, are not on par with those from private producers. If cooperative representatives were to share stories of their visits to restaurants and wine shops (and there are some real gems out there!), we would have plenty of evidence to support the argument that, in these matters, we are prejudiced.
