Programme only available from October to March.
10h00 - Arrival of the group at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Welcome drink at the Winery – the first treats of our Chef paired with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo;
10h30 - Visit the Biologic greenhouse with our Farm Manager, pick fresh vegetables for lunch, and take part in a dynamic workshop with our kitchen team to learn about the true elements of nature and our cuisine.
13h00 - 3 Dish Tasting Menu at the Restaurant – “Organic & Inspired Cuisine” with wine pairing – Joachim Koerper and his team present a Special Menu based on the organic and certified products grown on the Estate;
16h00 - Tour of the estate in our vintage four-by-four followed by a Techinical Visit to the Winery with our Team of wine tourism and Special Tasting of 5 wines – Single Varieties of Malhadinha.
17h00 - End of the Experience.
We have a air conditioned Conference Room | 30 people capacity | Audio-visual tools included | 50€/hour [4 hour minimum] – 350€ per day [coffee break included].
Option for groups over 30 people - subjected to request.
On taking the program a payment of 25% of the program’s full price must be made. Cancels up to 15 days before the program have no cost whatsoever. Cancels with less than 7-day notice will be charged the full cost of the program. Cancelling on the day of the start of the program, or in the case of a no show, the full cost of the program will be charged.
