The new Green Star restaurants in Portugal and their sustainable practices

Sustainability, zero waste and proximity. Portugal is witnessing a transformation in its gastronomic scene with the rise of restaurants awarded the coveted MICHELIN Green Star.

"Thus, from the use of local and seasonal ingredients to the implementation of waste management practices, every decision is made with the aim of preserving the environment and supporting the local community.
