3pm. The experience begins the moment you arrive. Our team will warmly welcome you and serve you delightful treats carefully prepared by our pastry team.
5pm. Join us in one of our off-road Jeeps to discover the story of the Malhadinha project, the winery, and the vineyards, followed by a wine tasting where you’ll savor the unique aromas and flavors of our organic wines—cultivated with passion and tradition in a celebration of the authenticity and richness of Portuguese wine culture.
7pm. In a relaxing and welcoming setting at Country House Peceguina, the Sunset Wine Session offers the chance to enjoy award-winning wines from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova whilist enjoying in the breathtaking Alentejo landscape and saying goodbye to the day.
8pm. Get ready for a magical and unforgettable night as we celebrate the Popular Saints with an authentic outdoor dinner featuring cabbage soup (caldo verde), sardines, and roasted peppers — immersed in the festive, traditional atmosphere of the Portuguese June festivities.
9pm. Enjoy a creative family moment by writing popular quatrains to decorate our trees.

8am - 10:30am. Enjoy a delicious breakfast made with the vibrant colors and unique flavors of local, organic ingredients, freshly prepared every morning.
10:30am.Visit to the Vegetable Gardens.
11:30am. Uncover the secrets of traditional Portuguese cuisine in this workshop dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Popular Saints, using organic products from our estate and the region.
1pm. Delight in some of the dishes you prepared during the morning’s workshop at lunch served in one of our units.
4pm. Pottery Workshop.
8pm. Discover the Malhadinha Nova Restaurant in a themed dinner inspired by classic Portuguese flavors — reimagined by our team of chefs and made with organic products from our estate and local sources.
10pm. Venture into the night, keeping the tradition of jumping over the bonfire alive to ensure renewal and purification, while artichokes are burned as a promise of future luck and prosperity. Accompanied by the traditional marchas populares of Albernoa, the village that hosts our estate.

6:30am. Hot Air Balloon Ride (optional).
08:00-11:30am. Enjoy a delicious breakfast made with the vibrant colors and unique flavors of local, organic ingredients, freshly prepared every morning.
09:00-12:00pm. Horseback Ride.
1pm. Picnic.
[Includes] 2 nights' accommodation. All meals and drinks mentioned in the programme. All activities mentioned in the programme. Welcome in all rooms consisting of wine, fruit from the estate, a tile with cured sheep's cheese and homemade jam accompanied by Alentejo bread.
[Excludes] All drinks with and after meals, except those mentioned in the programme.
[Offers] Possibility of a late check-out offer.
[Notes] Adverse weather conditions could jeopardise outdoor activities, so an experience of equivalent value will be presented.
[Cancellation and payment policy] Programme confirmation is subject to initial payment of 50% of the programme price. If cancelled up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total booking will be charged. If cancelled less than 7 days before the programme or in the event of a no show, the total price of the programme will be charged.
