Arrival at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova followed by a welcome drink with one of the Herdade's wines;
Tour of the estate in our vintage four-by-fours. Get to know the biologic procedures of our viticulture team and enjoy the scenery that Alentejo provides;
Winery tour followed by a wine tasting accompanied by our wine tourism team;
To start the evening, dine with us and discover the perfect marriage between gastronomy and the wines produced on the Estate.
Breakfast. In the first meal of the day, let yourself be carried away by the magnificent flavours and aromas of the Alentejo;
Alentejo bread workshop provided by our gastronomy team;
Horse drawn carriage ride through the vineyards. Here begins a magnificent journey where we can see and feel one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Herdade. This interlude ends near the picnic spot where you will be able to taste all the features of
our Farm to Table cuisine;
Campaniça Guitar workshop with Pedro Mestre:
“The Campaniça Guitar is the instrument of choice in the musical tradition of our region. Accompanying the singing challenge, the "modas campaniças" or the simple steps of a short dance, its trilling is today a familiar sound to our days. And, if this happens, it is thanks to the work of institutions and people who let themselves be seduced by its touch";
Themed dinner to the sound of the Campaniça Guitar.
Breakfast – Start the day in the best possible way with a breakfast full of fresh products;
Regional pastry workshop – Follow Vitalina Santos' recipe and make a wonderful sericaia;
Thematic lunch – Take with you the secrets of traditional Alentejo gastronomy;
Guided tour by Jeep to the highest point in Low Alentejo, Nossa Senhora de Aracelis. The name of the chapel of Our Lady of Aracelis comes from the Latin phrase Ara Coelis, or Altar of Heaven, which allows us to imagine a very ancient occupation of its location, possibly with a continuity of cults over the centuries;
Traditional Alentejo boots Atelier by Mário Grilo, one of the most recognized craftsmen in Low Alentejo;
Dinner with a themed menu, always influenced by the flavours of the region.
Breakfast – Enjoy Malhadinha's landscape while tasting the delicacies that the Chef has prepared especially for you;
Wine tasting of Alentejo indigenous grape varieties;
Light lunch with Antão Vaz from Peceguina;
Traditional pottery workshop – go back in time and discover the art of working clay that defines so much of Alentejo’s traditions and manners;
Dinner – Come and enjoy the Chef's creations and pair them with the best wines from the Estate.
Wake up to the morning freshness. Feel the firsts aromas and enjoy a breakfast filled with fruits, jams and natural juices;
Light lunch with produce from our vegetable gardens. Our kitchen team will prepare you a meal with organic produce from the estate;

Reservations can be changed or cancelled more than 5 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after 5 days before check-in, you will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. In case of no-show or early departure you will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
