Come enjoy a gastronomic experience and let your team loose in wine’s surroundings. Refine it aromas and flavours and feel Nature in its pure state.


11h00 - Arrival of the group at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova - Welcome drink at the Winery - the first treats of our Chef paired with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo.

11h30 - With our resident Chef, Rodrigo Madeira - visit our Biologic greenhouse and harvest the vegetables for the lunch and learn about Nature’s real elements and of our kitchen in a dynamic workshop.

13h00 - 4 dish Tasting Menu at the Restaurant - “Organic & Inspired Cuisine” with wine pairing- Joachim Koerper and his team present a Special Menu based on the organic and certified products grown on the Estate.

16h00 - Safari by Jeep through the Property followed by Techinical Visit to the Winery with our Team of wine turism and Special Tasting of 5 wines – Single Varieties of Malhadinha OR Blending Activity accompanied by our Winemaking Team.

17h00. End of the Experience.

Conditions for using the Conference Room

We have a air conditioned Conference Room | 30 people capacity | Audio-visual tools included | 50€/hour [4 hour minimum] – 350€ per day [coffee break included].
Option for groups over 30 people - subjected to request.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

On taking the program a payment of 25% of the program’s full price must be made. Cancels up to 15 days before the program have no cost whatsoever. Cancels with less than 7-day notice will be charged the full cost of the program. Cancelling on the day of the start of the program, or in the case of a no show, the full cost of the program will be charged.
