The second edition of Roupeiro da Teixinha is characterised by a great aromatic expression of white-fleshed fruit. The wine maintains its fruity character on the palate, but at the same time it is serious and austere, supported by a beautiful acidity. It has a long and dry finish.
Harvest by hand in the early hours of the day, into 12kg crates. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is done at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
