Teixinha Field Blend White
White WineThe second edition of Field Blend da Teixinha White 2022 is characterised by a very mineral aroma, shy on fruit with a crisp taste where it shows good tension, very elegant and complex with several layers. Like the previous edition, also a good example of the potential of Serra de São Mamede in Portalegre.
Weinherstellung
Harvest by hand in the early hours of the day, into 12kg crates. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is done at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
