The second edition of Teixinha Tinto 2023 “TAVA” Field Blend reveals a nose where the fruit is very evident, fresh and focused. In the mouth it also maintains this character, the ageing in amphorae has tamed the tannins, making them silky. It is a very delicious and fresh red wine that reflects the Teixinha terroir well.

Weinherstellung

Harvested by hand in the early hours of the day into 12 kg crates. After selection and sorting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in temperature controlled vats and aged for 14 months in terracotta amphorae.
