Malhadinha Nova feels less like a winery visit and more like staying at a stylish estate in the Alentejo region. The restaurant draws heavily from ingredients raised or grown on the property, including the coveted black Iberian pigs. Traditional Alentejo cooking appears throughout the menu, but is presented with a lighter, more contemporary touch that matches the estate’s fresh, modern wines and atmosphere of understated luxury.
