Red WineThe second edition of Tinta Miúda da Malhadinha 2021 – Vinha da Malhadinha once again proves to be a remarkable wine for its elegance on an aromatic level where everything complements itself in harmony, fruit, wood and spices. In the mouth it is a fine wine with silky tannins and balanced acidity. Long and captivating finish.
Vinification
Manually harvested grapes into 12kg boxes and carefully selected at the choosing table. Fermentation ocurred at the mill at a controlled temperature with many presses throughout the process. 18 month staging in new french oak barrels.
