Monte da Peceguina White
White WineMonte da Peceguina Branco 2025 reappears with a fresh and exuberant nose with lots of white pulp fruit and floral notes. On the palate, it is a textured white, well-designed with good volume in the mouth, balanced by good acidity. Fruity and enveloping with a long finish.
Vinification
Hand-picked in the early hours of the day into 12 kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats.
