Tour of the estate in our vintage four-by-fours. Take advantage and get to know the organic practices of our viticulture team and enjoy the vast landscapes that the Alentejo has to offer;

Winery tour followed by a wine tasting accompanied by our Wine Tourism Team;

To start the evening, dine with us and discover the perfect marriage between gastronomy and the wines produced on the Estate. Grapes will be the principal ingredient on the menu prepared by our team of Chefs;

Blind taste of a Late Harvest to go with your evening.

The harvest starts at 4 o’clock, choose your schedule and head to the vineyard for the Harvest Experience with our team and feel the tradition in manually harvesting the grapes;

Feel the first aromas and delight with a breakfast full of fruits, jams and natural juices;

Rural Lunch – Taste our Chef’s creations in the vineyard;

Afternoon at the winery – it’s the time of the year when the smell of the must fermenting in the winery take over our senses. Come join the winemaking process, selecting the grapes at the choosing table and foot pressing at the press for a unique experience;

Dinner “Cooking with must from various grape varieties” – Our Chef will make gastronomic creations with the various musts.

Breakfast – Start the day in the best possible way with a breakfast filled with products;

Quadbike experience through the Estate’s treads. – Feel the morning freshness with a ride on four wheels through the vineyards and Alentejo plains;

Light lunch - Try the organic salads and vegetables from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova accompanied by our delicious PDO meats;
