The energy of Spanish music, the dance and the cuisine of "nuestros Hermanos" welcome you to the Malhadinha and Alentejo.
· Welcome Tapas will be accompanied by a wine variety: Verdelho of Peceguina 2015 planted in 2006 in the Malhadinha and a Verdelho of Pico in the Azores and one Verdejo from Rueda area in Spain.
· Guided tour to the estate and winery with a few more wines to taste.
· Thematic dinner at the restaurant to the sound of Flamenco.
· The chef Joachim Koerper won and kept in Spain for several years 2 Michelin stars in its “Girassol” restaurant. For tonight proposes, with the chef Bruno Antunes, an inspired menu in the gastronomic traditions of Spain.
· We suggest for this moment "a new oenophile challenge."
· The variety Aragonês will now be put to the test with a wine from HMN "Aragonês da Peceguina", one Douro wine where the same variety is known as “Tinta Roriz” and a Spanish wine from Ribera del Duero region where the grape variety is known by “Tempranillo”.
· Guided night walk, a walk up to the comfort of the country house looking at the starts.

The Micheli star in Portugal was conquered several years ago by chef Joachim Koeper. On this night with his team he will reinterpret and enhance the traditional of Alentejo cuisine.
· Breakfast inspired by the aromas and flavors of Alentejo.
· Bakery Workshop “Bolo Rei”. Vitalina, Malhadinha’s traditional cook reveal the secrets of the traditional bakery of this festive season, a very Portuguese culinary tradition.
· Jeeps and Quad Ride to the Alentejo plains, visit the small chapel Aracelis where will be served a light lunch inspired by the cheeses and sausages of the region.
· Workshop of festive masks - a prop to celebrate the NEW YEAR.
· Thematic dinner at the Barrel Cellar to the sound of “Canto Alentejano”, typical music of the region. Our team leaders prepared a tasting menu inspired by the Alentejo and Portuguese traditions. Are the wines Malhadinha a good company for this experiment.
· Film session at the country house, to match the dessert a Malhadinha wine - Late Harvest caste Petit Manseng.
Celebrating the new year to the rhythm of Samba | 31th of December
The natural affinity between Brazil and Portugal is the theme of the day, the inspiration in Brazilian cuisine and fusion with the Portuguese set the tone to celebrate the turning of another year in Malhadinha. Joachim Koerper won recently also with a Michelin star in Rio de January, so we will celebrate the spirit of the wonderful city.
· Breakfast with cuddles of the "wonderful city" will you prove the tapioca with fresh milk from the Chef Joachim Koerper?
· Dance Class - "learn how to Samba" you will need it tonight.
· Light lunch inspired by the flavors of Brazil. At the Country House choose your caipirinha to follow.
· Guided mountain bike around the property.
· WHITE will be the color of this party in Malhadinha - we ask for Peace in the World to the New Year.
· The Jazz and Bossa Nova will accompany the dinner where Portuguese and Brazilian cuisine will go hand and hand.
